I Melo Contreras Daniel (30 years), father of a son, Rafael; and leader of the Socialist Party of Chile. I have a degree in Sociology, Master's studies in Human Settlements and Environment, Catholic University of Chile .

My father is Sadi Melo, Mayor of the municipality of El Bosque, and my mother is Ana Contreras, Professor of Basic Education of the former State Technical University. I can say that they inherited the vocation for public service and desire to work for people and for a better Chile for the bicentenary.
